Digital Transformation Leader

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of PM/PMO consultants and driving our key Digital Technology growth and efficiency programs in Energy Markets/Trading. Your goal will be to turn E.ON into a digital-first energy company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functionally lead a team of PM/PMO consultants to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement digital technology programs to drive growth and efficiency in Energy Markets/Trading.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for digital transformation initiatives.
- Play a leading role in building our Expert Services practice in Germany, focusing on people and business development, capability building, and recruiting.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring our offers to address their challenges.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Extensive experience working in Energy Markets/Energy Trading.
- Broad experience leading complex digital technology programs, including project management, design, development, testing, rollout, and operations.
- Strong consulting skills, from strategic thinking to problem-solving, effective communication, customer orientation, and organization.
- Broad technology knowledge and expertise in areas such as Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization.
- Experience leading delivery teams across multiple locations and vendors, managing external partners in dynamic environments.
- Experience in building and running a practice, including capability and people development.
- Fluent in English and very good German language skills.
- Ideal knowledge of the energy sector and grid business.
