Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Decision Analytics and Strategy to lead our forecasting initiatives and drive process improvements.

About the Role

In this critical position, you will leverage your expertise in decision sciences and analytics to strengthen our decision-making framework. You will establish processes for decision quality assurance, lead the development of robust decision analysis models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate decision insights into our annual long-range planning workstream and other strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement decision analytics frameworks to support business objectives.
  • Leverage advanced analytics techniques to inform strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with R&D, commercial, finance, and strategy teams to integrate decision insights into key initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in decision analytics capabilities and stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in forecasting and analytics methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
  • Proficiency in decision modeling tools and techniques, statistical analysis software, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.

$170,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
