Our Team
We are a dynamic and innovative team that focuses on technical services, including DCS support, IT infrastructure, and IT operations. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional results and providing a unique work environment at the airport.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems in network and security areas
- Manage and configure routers, switches, load balancers, VPN gateways, and DHCP/DNS infrastructure
- Administer firewall systems, endpoint protection platform, internet access, WAN, and WLAN networks
- Handle security and monitoring systems
- Provide 2nd-level support and troubleshoot networks
- Analyze and resolve incidents involving security
- Suggest continuous improvements based on analyses and security events
- Create and expand guidelines for network operations
- Document IT infrastructure changes
Requirements
- Completed IT-related education or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and experience in networks
- Experience with firewall technologies
- Good understanding of Microsoft Server operating systems
- Proficiency in German
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Professional and service-oriented mindset
- Past experience in IT-related roles such as system administrator, network administrator, or IT security consultant
