Key Responsibilities

The Business Transformation Services (BTS) team is seeking a working student to assist with various tasks and special initiatives:

  • Facilitate internal and external communications (e.g., newsletters, blog posts, SAP News Center): Collaborate with authors and external partners
  • Assist with upcoming special initiatives, campaigns, and events: e.g., Ordering printed materials from the internal print shop
  • Engage in creative tasks such as image and video editing (based on personal interests and prior experience)
  • Aid in the development and modification of marketing materials and presentations, ensuring compliance with SAP's Corporate Identity and Brand Guidelines.
  • Take ownership of self-initiated concepts and projects
  • Organize internal events and workshops for the BTS Communications team
  • Provide administrative support to the BTS Communications team

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: economics with a focus on marketing, communication, media management, journalism, social sciences, or related disciplines
  • Initial experience and knowledge from previous roles in marketing, media, or editorial departments
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills or creativity
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., MS SharePoint is advantageous)
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English and at least B1/B2 in German
  • Soft Skills: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Essential: Dependability, independence, flexibility, and goal-oriented approach

Business Transformation Services is SAP's management consultancy. We provide valuable services to design optimal solution architectures for our clients, enabling them to maximize the benefits of our offerings. Our work involves close collaboration with clients, as well as with our development, sales, and partner teams. Our consultants operate with a high degree of independence and autonomy. We are committed to supporting your success in this innovative and challenging role through comprehensive onboarding.

Your application should include a cover letter, a resume in tabular format, academic certificates, proof of enrollment, current university transcript, copies of any academic degrees obtained, and, if available, references from previous employers (including internships). Please also outline your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs or programming languages.
