Responsibilities

The Business Transformation Services (BTS) team is seeking a working student to assist with various tasks and special projects:

  • Facilitate internal and external communications (e.g., newsletters, blog posts, SAP News Center): Collaborate with authors and external agencies
  • Assist with upcoming special projects, campaigns, and events: e.g., Ordering printed materials from the in-house print shop
  • Engage in creative tasks such as image and video editing (based on personal interests and prior experience)
  • Aid in the development and modification of marketing documents and presentations, ensuring compliance with SAP's Corporate Identity and Brand Guidelines.
  • Take ownership of self-initiated concepts and projects
  • Organize internal events and workshops for the BTS Communications team
  • Provide administrative support to the BTS Communications team

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: economics with a focus on marketing, communication, media management, journalism, social sciences, or similar
  • Prior experience and knowledge from marketing media or editorial departments
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills or creative abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., MS SharePoint is advantageous)
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English and at least B1/B2 in German
  • Soft Skills: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Essential: Reliability, independence, flexibility, and goal-oriented work ethic

Business Transformation Services is SAP's management consultancy. We deliver valuable services to develop optimal solution architectures for our clients, enabling them to maximize the benefits from our offerings. We collaborate closely with our clients, as well as with our development, sales, and partner teams. Our consultants operate independently and autonomously whenever possible. We are committed to supporting your success in this innovative and challenging role through comprehensive onboarding.
