About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our founding team as a Strategic Operations Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our company's strategy by supporting our team in various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our CEO and leadership team on strategic projects, contributing to key decision-making processes.
  • Gain unique insights into a dynamic startup environment, including our Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Contribute to key strategic projects end-to-end, helping to define our company's overall strategies for internationalization, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, assisting in preparing presentation materials and conducting research on due-diligence, competitors, and markets.
About You
  • Prior relevant work experience in a fast-growth startup, business operations role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Strong slide writing and presentation skills, with experience in multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a reliable and accurate work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in communicating with various stakeholders in German and English.
