Als (Senior) Service Manager sind Sie Teil des Corporate Procurements von United Internet und sind zentrale Ansprechperson und erste Eskalationsstufe für alle Service Requests, Incidents sowie Problems. Sie arbeiten aktiv im 3rd Level Support sowie Change Management mit.

Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung des Betriebs sowie Weiterentwicklung der in Procurement und Accounts Payable betriebenen Systeme
  • Steuern interne und externe Ressourcen
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Weiterentwicklung des Service Request Prozesses sowie Sicherstellung von Effektivität und Effizienz in der Bearbeitung der Anfragen zur Sicherstellung der Zufriedenheit der Nutzenden
  • Erstellung von Reportings zur Servicequalität
  • Planung, Koordination, Testing und Durchführung des Releasemanagements (Fachbereich übergreifend)
Voraussetzungen
  • Nach Abschluss Ihrer technischen Ausbildung und/oder Ihres Studiums im Bereich IT oder Wirtschaftsinformatik konnten Sie bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im (IT-) Service Management sammeln
  • Starke Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Grundkenntnisse ITSM oder ITIL
  • Grundkenntnisse zu gängigen E-Procurement Lösungen, Procure to Pay Lösungen und/oder anderen einkaufs- und buchhaltungsrelevanten Softwarelösungen
  • Sehr gutes analytisches und prozessuales Verständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen sowie idealerweise Grundkenntnisse zu Standard ERP Systemen (z.B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Infor)
  • Kommunikationsstark auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
