Earthmoving Equipment Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at XCMG Europe GmbH. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted sales strategies for our earthmoving equipment.
Your Profile- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of sales and dealer management experience in the heavy equipment or earthmoving industry
- Strong knowledge of the French market with experience in developing and leveraging industry networks
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in French and English, knowledge of other languages an advantage
- Willingness to travel throughout France and occasionally abroad
