Your Mission

As a Technical Producer at flora&faunavisions GmbH, you will embrace a role that intertwines creativity with advanced technology. You will be the technical architect behind some of the most engaging and state-of-the-art experiences in the field. From interactive displays to immersive art projects, your contributions will transform concepts into reality, captivating and inspiring audiences worldwide.

Your collaboration with our creative teams will be crucial, guiding projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that every technical detail aligns seamlessly with the artistic vision. This position demands a hands-on approach where your proficiency in cutting-edge technologies will foster innovation and elevate standards in immersive design.

Your Profile

What Should You Bring Along?

  • A strong enthusiasm for crafting immersive and experiential environments.
  • Extensive technical knowledge, especially in areas such as projection mapping, virtual and augmented reality, audiovisual systems, and interactive technologies.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Interactive Media, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership roles within the design, art, or immersive experience sectors, particularly focusing on exhibitions and installations.
  • Proficiency in software and programming languages such as Unity, Unreal Engine, VVVV, TouchDesigner, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple projects while ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset that thrives on innovation.
  • Fluent communication skills in both German and English.

Your Tasks:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic and technical guidance to ensure our projects exemplify the highest quality and innovation.
  • Project Management: Collaborate closely with our Creative Producers and the creative team to establish technical scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Technical Consulting: Act as a technical advisor for our clients, offering expert insights on the feasibility, design, and execution of their immersive projects.
  • Technical Design and Implementation: Oversee the technical design and execution of immersive experiences, ensuring they fulfill both creative and client expectations.
  • Innovation and Research: Foster a culture of innovation by exploring and experimenting with new technologies, ensuring our studio remains at the forefront of the industry.
