Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team in Buchholz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting hearing tests, and offering personalized solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that our clients receive a unique and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough hearing tests and provide expert advice on hearing solutions.
• Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing ongoing support and maintenance for their hearing systems.
• Utilize our customer database to identify opportunities for targeted marketing and sales initiatives.
• Assist in the organization and execution of local marketing events and activities.
• Ensure that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date, maintaining a high level of data quality.
• Support the management team in the planning and execution of business operations, including calendar management and inventory control.

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized audiology training program or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven sales and customer service skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
