Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Renesas Electronics. This role involves the independent identification and resolution of equipment malfunctions across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnosing Equipment Issues: Independently locate and troubleshoot failures in various equipment components.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive strategies according to established maintenance protocols while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Equipment Installation: Modify existing machinery and facilitate the installation of new systems.
- Monitoring Performance: Conduct regular monitoring of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Training Personnel: Provide guidance and training to shift staff on equipment operations and maintenance.
- Cost Efficiency: Identify and propose opportunities for reducing operational costs.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough and clear records of all maintenance activities.
- Educational Background: Completed training as a skilled technician in electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a related discipline.
- Hands-On Experience: A passion for practical work and problem-solving.
- Quality Orientation: A strong commitment to quality and accountability in all tasks.
- Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work autonomously, with diligence and a results-driven mindset.
