Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Renesas Electronics. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, electronic, and mechanical components to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance actions in accordance with specified procedures and safety regulations to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Equipment Installation and Conversion: Install new equipment and convert existing equipment to meet changing business needs.
- Equipment Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide training to shift personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Cost Reduction and Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Education and Qualifications: Skilled worker degree in electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a related field.
- Practical Experience: Proven experience in maintenance and repair of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
