As the Imaging Team Lead at Wolt, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Imaging Coordinators, as well as conducting on-site photography and imaging tasks to set examples for your team to follow.
Your primary objective will be to challenge and improve our current imaging solutions and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with our partners and stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing tools, coaching, and training to your team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a functional team of imaging coordinators, focusing on daily performance and personal development.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs based on your experience and skill set to enhance your team members' skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage core KPIs, including image coverage, imaging task conversion, and time to value.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize imaging processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing errors.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the highest level of service quality for our customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Restaurant Onboarding, Account Management, Partner Operations, and Vendor Operations, to address customer issues and drive improvements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and insights on pacing against OKRs, team performance, and KPIs to senior management, offering actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure that all processes and activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in people leadership
- Solid experience in process refinement
- Proven experience in KPI uplift and KPI improvement
- Structured, detailed, and service-oriented
- Experience from using analytics platforms or strong Excel skills
- Experience with photoshoots or imaging-related fields is a plus
- Fluent in English and German languages (it does not have to be native German, but you should be able to communicate in German effortlessly)
