Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic and proactive support to the CEO on strategic activities and daily business.
  • Prepare analyses and presentations on strategic topics leading up to top management decisions.
  • Work on and assume responsibility for own (sub-)projects, including holding own presentations on respective topics.
  • Coordinate and align with internal and external stakeholders, including other Board members and direct reports.
  • Support the CEO's internal and external communication, including presentations for investors, regulatory authorities, and townhall meetings.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • University degree or comparable work experience, advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD preferred).
  • Prior work experience in insurance or consulting preferred.
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven team player with an open-minded and agile mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in our organization.
  • Interest in diversified tasks and high willingness to learn and engagement.
  • Strong communication skills and mastery of both German and English (C1), other languages a plus.
