About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a technical leader. As a key member of our cross-functional product team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to the technical vision and strategy of the organisation, aligned with product goals and customer needs.
  • Help establish and promote best practices for software development and delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering high-quality products.
  • Excellent knowledge of strongly typed languages such as Java and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of software design, architecture, and best practices.
  • Experience of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and modern development practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and deliver results on time and within budget.
