About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Remote. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and engage with inbound leads and inquiries, qualifying them to determine their potential as a customer.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for our Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects and learn about their needs to determine if there is a good fit.
  • Provide support to our Account Executive team as needed.
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects, leading to hand-off to our sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various outside sources.
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Able to think strategically and tactically. Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Self-Starter. Proactive and brings new ideas to the team.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluent English and another language required.
