About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at MRH Trowe. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze complex insurance programs and placements, including property and liability insurance, for our real estate clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic risk management plans to minimize potential losses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, financial modeling, and insurance policy analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our consultants to provide risk management advice and support to our real estate clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers and other stakeholders to ensure optimal risk management solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our risk management practices are current and effective.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in a field such as insurance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in risk management, insurance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
