Your Responsibilities
Do you question the notion that "process optimization is easy"? Here’s how you can contribute:
- Manage our national and international clients from the real estate sector and various industries, including institutional investors in asset and fund management, corporations, housing companies, and public entities.
- As a (co-)project leader, serve as the primary contact for specialists, executives, and company management.
- Engage in client acquisition in close collaboration with partners and directors, while developing topics for public positioning at conferences.
- Assist in analyzing and enhancing organizational structures and business processes.
- Establish digitally supported processes and define measures for performance and efficiency enhancement.
- Contribute to the development and adaptation of business models and the design of a Target Operating Model (TOM) along with an actionable business plan.
- Collaborate closely with IT architects and consultants, as well as ESG specialists, to explore synergies in projects and market these solutions.
- Conduct portfolio analyses and strategies to shape a value-oriented real estate management approach, including methods for value-driven corporate governance.
- Oversee the establishment of real estate-specific risk management systems and ensure compliance with the latest regulatory requirements.
- To excel as a (Senior) Real Estate Consultant, you should possess a degree in business administration, natural sciences, computer science, or industrial engineering, potentially complemented by a real estate-specific qualification.
- You should have several years of relevant professional experience in consulting or in client roles with significant project management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge in business and financial management within the realms of real estate, investments, and project management is essential.
- Ideally, you have a keen interest in one or more of the following areas:
- Finance / Accounting / Controlling
- Business Development
- Business Process Management
- IT-related Process Consulting, e.g., S4/HANA, Product Management, or Fund Controlling
- Your proficiency in German at C1 level and English at B2 level will complete your qualifications.
- You should be willing to travel to provide on-site consulting to our clients.
