Head of Production

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Production - Fiber Spinning to join our team at AMSilk GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying our CMO industrialization strategy, overseeing all aspects of our yarn spinning activities, and leading our R&D department.

• Develop and implement our CMO industrialization strategy to support our business growth and expansion
• Lead our R&D department, overseeing the development and deployment of new technologies and processes
• Ensure the scale-up of spinning operations at CMO aligns with our business strategy and meets strategic targets
• Manage contract negotiations with CMOs and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and AMSilk's values and code of conduct
• Execute people and organizational development initiatives to drive business performance and growth

• Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering
• Extensive experience in leading operations, departments, or large-scale consultancy projects in the chemical, chemical recycling, chemical EPCM, or chemical fiber industry
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, global distribution networks, and innovative technologies
• Experience in operational KPIs, reporting, and review processes to drive continuous improvement
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in reporting to C-Level Management and investors
