About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team at Sungrow EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services that are not directly tied to our core product offerings.

  • Procurement Strategies: Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient purchasing of indirect goods and services.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

  • Languages: Fluency in German, English, and Chinese languages is required.
  • Certifications: CPSM, CPP, CIPS, or Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficient in procurement software and tools, strong financial and budget management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
