Überblick über die Rolle

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft für unser Corporate Development Team, die strategische Projekte leitet und steuert. Die Aufgabe besteht darin, die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Teams zu fördern und sicherzustellen, dass Projekte erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Leitung und Steuerung strategischer Projekte
  • Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Teams
  • Konkretisierung strategischer Zielsetzungen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von KPI-basierten Steuerungslogiken
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops

Voraussetzungen

  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in Consulting, Start-up oder Corporate Development
  • Starke analytische Kompetenzen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Data Analytics
  • Umfassende Kenntnis strategischer Herausforderungen und Möglichkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung und Verbesserung von Steuerungslogiken
  • Verständnis von Markt- und Wettbewerbstrends
  • Exzellente Auffassungsgabe und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und positive Einstellung gegenüber Veränderungen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Anspruch an die Qualität der Arbeitsergebnisse
  • Ausgezeichnete Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
