About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at SV Group in Munich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu options.
• Ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Manage and train a team of 6 staff members to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards.
