Übernahme einer Führungsrolle in der Process Mining-Abteilung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Process Mining-Spezialisten, der sich in der Implementierung von Process Mining-Lösungen und der Beratung von Kunden in der Umsetzung von Prozessmining, Taskmining und Intelligent Automation Lösungen auskennt.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Die fachliche und technische Umsetzung von Process Mining-Lösungen für unsere Kunden
  • Die Leitung von Kundenprojekten und Workshops mit dem Fokus auf Themen wie Datentransformation, Continuous Process Improvement, Operational Excellence und die Entwicklung von data-driven Insights
  • Die Implementierung von Process Mining-Lösungen, einschließlich der Software-Anbindung, der Analyse von Eventlogs und der Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Dashboards
  • Der Wissenstransfer und -aufbau bei unseren Kunden und bei adesso
  • Die aktive Teilnahme an Business Development-Aktivitäten und der thought Leadership

Anforderungen und Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Data Science oder in vergleichbaren Studiengängen mit relevantem Bezug
  • Spaß am analytischen Arbeiten und Analysieren von Prozessen und Daten, erste Erfahrungen in der Prozessberatung sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit Process Mining-Tools (Celonis, Disco, PM4Py)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL und Statistik, idealerweise in Python und R sowie im Umgang mit Frontend-Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Teamplayer mit sehr guten Kommunikationsskills
  • Entrepreneuriales und agiles Mindset
