Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our global team in Hamburg.

About the Role:

This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and the ability to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, micro-learning videos, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support tools.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders across different regions and business units to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
  • Adapt and localize training content to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness for diverse global audiences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and data analysis, and make necessary improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Utilize multimedia tools and learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track training programs. Maintain the training structure within our LMS.
  • Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Self-motivated team player, but also able to work independently.
  • Instructional design knowledge, familiar with learning and development models and adult learning theory.
  • Comfortable with stakeholder management and project communication skills.
  • Knowledge around Transport or Supply Chain Management applications is an advantage.
  • Required PC skills: MS Office with focus on Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Beneficial PC skills: Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate 360, Vyond, Totara Learn
