">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly motivated Supplier Development Manager to join our team in Germany. This role will be remote-based and offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in supplier relationship management. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks;">

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, supply chain);">
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics industry;">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate supply chain risks;">
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.">
