Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Strategy Lead to join our Berlin hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping AI strategies for Berlin-based scale-ups, growing our network in the tech scene, and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI strategies for Berlin-based scale-ups, leveraging our ML Audit approach
  • Grow and maintain a strong network in the Berlin tech scene, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with our CEO and ML engineers to drive business development initiatives and expand our customer base
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Berlin-based team, including hiring and training ML engineers
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field, preferably in the data/tech space
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of business development initiatives
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with machine learning and the ability to create ML models and bring them to production
  • Strong network in the Berlin tech scene, with connections to key players and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
