Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Strategy Lead to join our Berlin hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping AI strategies for Berlin-based scale-ups, growing our network in the tech scene, and acquiring new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI strategies for Berlin-based scale-ups, utilizing our ML Audit approach.
  • Grow and maintain a strong network in the Berlin tech scene, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with our CEO and sales team to drive business development and customer acquisition.
  • Lead the growth of our Berlin-based team of ML engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's overall strategy, aligning with our vision to become the #1 ML Engineering company in NorthWest Europe.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a strategy consulting or similar background, preferably in a data/tech space or with technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility for your work.
  • Ambition to grow your sales and business development skills, with a strong network in the Berlin tech scene.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with machine learning and knowledge of creating ML models and bringing them to production.
  • Ambitious, responsible, and pragmatic approach to work.
  • A strong network in the Berlin tech space, with existing relationships and connections.
