Your Role at Deltia GmbH

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Founders Associate Intern to join our team at Deltia GmbH. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Founders and Founders Associate on various projects, including preparing financial reports, budget tracking, and expense management.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budget tracking, and expense management
  • Support investor relations activities, including preparing presentations and reports
  • Participate in strategic meetings and provide necessary support
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing events, and handling documentation
  • Handle special projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of various initiatives
  • Contribute to the growth of the Deltia team by supporting the hiring process and coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Aid in the planning and execution of team retreats and other team-building activities
  • Provide logistical support for strategic meetings and company events
Your Profile
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Quick and precise executioner
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and environments
  • Willingness to take on any task, no matter how small or repetitive
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent English communication skills; German is not required but would be a plus
