Wir suchen Dich - eine|n Founders Associate Intern. Ergreife jetzt die Chance, praktische Erfahrungen beim Aufbau eines B2B SaaS-Startups von der Pike auf zu sammeln und auf Augenhöhe mit dem Gründerteam die Firma zu skalieren.
Aufgaben- Baue gemeinsam mit dem Gründerteam die operative Infrastruktur auf und sei Teil aller strategischen Geschäftsbereiche.
- Sei Markttrends und Strategien von anderen Anbietern immer einen Schritt voraus, indem du datengetriebene Analysen vorantreibst und diese mit deiner kreativen Ader kombinierst.
- Entwickle starke Beziehungen zu wichtigen Partnern und Kunden – Kundenzufriedenheit steht für dich an erster Stelle und du kannst Menschen von deiner Mission überzeugen.
- Erstelle und halte das Investoren-Reporting sowie das laufende Cashflow-Reporting auf dem neuesten Stand.
- Unterstütze bei Fundraising Aktivitäten.
Wen wir suchen
- Du hast einen Bachelor-/Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Data Analytics oder einem verwandten Fachbereich an einer Top-Hochschule abgeschlossen oder befindest dich in einem sogenannten "Gap-Year" zwischen Bachelor- und Masterabschluss.
- Du hast Praxiserfahrung bei einer Tier 1 Beratungsfirma, Investment Bank, VC/PE, den Big 4 oder einem schnell wachsenden Startup gesammelt.
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität, positive Einstellung und stellst höchste Qualitätsansprüche an deine eigene Arbeit.
- Du hast herausragende analytische und quantitative Fähigkeiten mit einem scharfen Blick für Details.
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke im Team macht dich aus – du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer, kannst deine Meinung vertreten und andere Sichtweisen einnehmen.
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
