Pharmaceutical Care Specialist in the Field for Lower Saxony

Amacuro GmbH is a rapidly growing provider of home care services with its headquarters in Hamburg. For our patient-oriented home care team with its headquarters in Hamburg, we are currently looking for a Pharmaceutical Care Specialist in the Field (m/f/d) in full-time (40 hours/week) for Lower Saxony.
Responsibilities- Responsible counseling, guidance, and care of patients and their relatives during and after the transition from the clinic to the home and the outpatient area
- Care of patients according to medical prescriptions with a focus on enteral and parenteral nutrition, anti-infectives, and PCA
- Independent and self-responsible customer care
- Active development and expansion of customer relationships and networks, as well as deepening of existing customer contacts
- Planning and implementation of the customer acquisition process; care and communication with all parties involved in the care
- Ensuring a call readiness
- Examined nurse or nurse in the field of health and care or a comparable qualification
- Further education in the areas of oncology, palliative care, and nutrition is desirable
- Several years of professional experience are advantageous
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of working with patients
- Well-developed communication and organizational skills, team spirit, high service orientation, and willingness to engage
- Driving license class B
- A varied and self-determined field of activity with good development and design opportunities
