Job Title: Lead Product Designer - Enterprise Solutions

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to join our Trust and Agency Services team at Deutsche Bank. As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading project teams through the discovery, design, development, and delivery processes of projects, while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead project teams through the discovery, design, development, and delivery processes of projects
* Run workshop/walkthrough sessions using Design Sprint and Design Thinking methodologies
* Perform project-specific design reviews using accepted heuristics
* Constantly push for a user-centered approach while delivering to business requirements
* Design user-friendly, accessible, best practice, and pixel-perfect mobile-first applications for web and devices (iOS, Android, responsive web, and WCAG 2.1 AA standards)

Requirements:

* Many years of relevant professional and deep working experience
* Bachelor's degree in information or interaction design, communication design, or studies in a comparable subject
* A broad and comprehensive knowledge in user experience and user interface design, supported by a portfolio of case studies
* Previous experience in designing complicated enterprise-level workflows
* Expertise in the following applications: Figma, Adobe Creative, Cloud, Axure
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* The skill to effectively communicate and justify design decisions to stakeholders
