Product Design Lead

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering web, mobile, and touch screen experiences that meet the needs of our patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Define project requirements and develop design solutions that meet user needs.
  • Plan and manage design activities across multiple projects.
  • Conduct user research and create design solutions that meet user needs.
  • Create prototypes, wireframes, and other design deliverables.
  • Mentor and coach junior designers.
  • Stakeholder management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Factors, Interaction, Industrial or Product Design, Cognitive, Experimental or Behavioral Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in Product Design for large-scale enterprise solutions.
  • Experience designing for medical devices or other highly complex cross-platform enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with Mobile Applications / Native Apps.
  • Experience designing user interfaces for a variety of mediums and platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Figma.
  • A portfolio is a must. Please add to the application.
