Our subsidiary, Integrated Circuit Testing GmbH (ICT GmbH), develops and produces electron microscopes that monitor processes in semiconductor production and classify defects on wafers. To meet the growing demand from our customers, our location in Munich, Germany is constantly expanding.

Planning & Control, a sub-area of our Supply Chain Management team, is seeking a result-oriented Production Planner to support robust High-Volume manufacturing in a dynamic business environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and control an end-to-end operational plan to meet customer needs while achieving operational excellence targets.
• Integrate all executional activities, including manufacturing, material, and R&D, while optimizing team resources.
• Lead projects and build BI infrastructures to improve working processes.
• Improve line performance to meet inventory targets.
• Work with SAP and other internal organizational information systems.
• Manage deadlines based on project expectations.
• Work and lead in a cross-functional environment with multiple interfaces, including local and global teams, R&D, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Solve complex problems and critical situations with other functions to ensure plan execution.

Desired skills:

• Industrial engineer or comparable training with at least 4 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with forecasting, inventory management, material management, and material mitigation.
• Customer orientation with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external interfaces without authority.
• Excellent analytical skills, sharp thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal skills, ability to present and communicate key messages to management forums.
• Ability to manage long-term tasks in addition to daily execution.
• Sound knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Fluency in German and English.
