Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team at Siegfried. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the validation of processes and qualification of equipment
  • Coordinate with production staff and management to ensure a continuous production process
  • Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to equipment
  • Conduct training and certification of production staff
  • Support the optimization of production processes
  • Participate in the setup and commissioning of new equipment
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Industrial mechanic, mechatronics, or electrical engineering degree with several years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Lean expert or Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Experience in GMP environments
  • Proficient in MS Office and PC software
  • Self-motivated and organized with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German language
