About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Pedagogical Assistant to join our team at AWO Kita Kurt Pohle in Husum. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-6 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive community.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our kindergarten's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in child development and pedagogy.
Requirements
  • Qualification as a Social Pedagogical Assistant or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-6 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
