Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Companion/Care Assistant to join our team at our CURA Seniorencentrum Husum location. As a Care Companion/Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct biographical work to identify individual needs and preferences of residents
- Plan and implement individualized care plans and activities to improve residents' quality of life, including encouraging participation in group activities, organizing game nights, and accompanying residents on walks
- Assist residents with daily living tasks and promote independence
- Provide emotional support and social companionship to residents
- Document observations and activities to ensure continuous care

Requirements
