UX Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled UX Writer to join our team at Dedalus, a leading provider of healthcare information systems. As a UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products by crafting clear, concise, and consistent content.

• Develop user interface text, including buttons, menus, dialogue boxes, and help text, based on user research and usability testing.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to understand how users interact with content and make data-driven decisions about content.
• Create and maintain a consistent tone and style across our healthcare information system based on audience needs.
• Establish and document best practices and strategic principles for UX writing to ensure consistency and quality in user interface text.
• Review and update existing content to ensure it is effective, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create user documentation for Dedalus products.
• Manage terminology and ensure consistency across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Communication Sciences, Journalism, Design, or Psychology.
• 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content strategy, preferably in a tech environment.
• Previous experience in working within a B2B context and/or within the healthcare domain is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable way.
• German native speaker and good English knowledge.
