Collaboration Manager and Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Collaboration Manager and Expert to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in conducting dose measurements, managing equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct dose measurements in collaboration with internal and external partners to support the Advanced Therapies strategy.
- Manage equipment for dose measurements, ensuring it is always ready for use and up to date.
- Take on the tasks of the radiation protection officer for the Innovations department.
- Design and implement research collaborations with clinical and university partners, ensuring compliance with tax and quality regulations.
- Monitor the achievement of milestones and obtain results during the term of the research collaboration.
- Evaluate results and manage the financial aspects of the collaboration.
- Channel results internally to relevant units, enabling the development of future prototypes, products, and solutions.
- Promote and support the creation of scientific publications and white papers.
- University degree in a technical field, preferably with a PhD.
- Many years of professional experience with X-ray-based imaging procedures, including international collaborations.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Therapies products and solutions, as well as minimally invasive therapy methods.
- Experience in conducting clinical studies, especially those requiring registration with a competent authority.
- Experience in conducting dose measurements with X-ray-based imaging systems, ideally with angiography systems.
- Familiarity with compliance, legal, and quality processes in the medical industry, ideally at Siemens Healthineers.
- Intercultural experience, gained through longer, continuous stays abroad during studies or professional activities.
