About the Role
As a Holiday Advisor at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional vacation experiences to our members. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls and fulfill their holiday requirements through the promotion and selling of our leisure products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify the specific vacation experience required by our members and align availability to meet their needs, offering alternative options when necessary.
- Promote all company products and services to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Process bookings and manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Make outbound sales calls to our membership database to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Fluent Hungarian, German, and English language skills, with additional Eastern European languages a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- First-class influencing and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to use multi-application software and reservations systems to manage customer bookings and sales.
- Sales and/or call center experience, with a background in the travel industry a strong advantage.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of EUR 30,000 per annum.
- An uncapped incentive scheme, with the potential to earn an additional EUR 6,000 per annum.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including free holiday accommodation and 25 days of annual leave, rising to 30 days.
