About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Holiday Advisor to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a Holiday Advisor, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from our membership base and fulfilling their holiday requirements through the promotion and selling of our leisure products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the holiday experience required by our members and align availability to that experience, offering similar alternatives where necessary.
  • Promote all company products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Process bookings.
  • Make outbound sales calls to our membership database.

Requirements

  • Fluent Hungarian, German, and English language skills, with additional Eastern European languages a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • First-class influencing skills.
  • The ability to use multi-application software and reservations systems.
  • Sales and/or call centre experience, with travel industry sector experience desirable.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of EUR 30,000 per annum.
  • An uncapped incentive scheme, with a potential bonus of circa EUR 6,000 per annum.
  • Free holiday accommodation*.
  • 25 days holiday rising to 30 days.

*After probation as per prevailing policy.
