Job Description

Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Client Management Manager to join our dynamic Customer Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Sales Directors, Service Leaders, and other teams to enhance account relationships and maximize lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Services Leads to support quoting, onboarding requirements, and subscription management processes for Commercial Airlines.
  • Coordinate and oversee operations, implementing the right processes and practices across the team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing all purchased services.
  • Resolve customer concerns and questions elevated from Client Management team(s).
  • Improve team performance by formulating strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maximize talent effectiveness by identifying and providing required training to staff, and otherwise building competencies and technical talent within the team.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Identify potential problems and points of friction and find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of proven success in an operations management role.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Motivated self-starter who can work independently and has demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders such as sales, success, product management, and senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to think and strategize for the company's big picture goals.
  • Proficiency in conflict management.
  • Intermediate English language required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Boeing Digital Aviation portfolio and services.
  • Commercial aviation experience within Flight and/or Tech Op.

Important Information:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in GERMANY. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in GERMANY. Boeing will not attempt to obtain immigration and labor sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
