Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Digital Sales Experience team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of customer use cases to enable an outstanding customer experience within our web presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of web journey strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement global content and publishing strategies
  • Conduct customer studies and analytics to inform web journey design and optimization
  • Work independently on dedicated projects and be responsible for their success
Requirements:
  • Degree in marketing, economics, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • Enthusiasm for the field of web journeys and customer experience
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other agile working tools
  • Business fluent in English
