About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic team at TeamViewer. As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales team in Göppingen, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships and retaining existing customers.
  • Learn and apply retention, customer service, and sales techniques to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information is maintained.
  • Contribute to the creation and management of offers to meet customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in a relevant field, such as business administration, linguistics, or a related subject.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory, with advanced English skills and additional languages being a plus.
  • Service-oriented, committed, and team-spirited individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
