At LeanIX, we're looking for a talented Working Student to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you'll support us in various recruitment activities, including scheduling candidates for multiple interviews with hiring managers, updating candidates' statuses in our applicant tracking system, and following up with candidates in several stages of the selection process. You'll also assist in creating and continuously optimizing recurrent reports regarding recruitment performance analytics.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in different stages of the recruitment process.
  • Review and analyze important KPIs, as well as prepare reports and presentations for the Talent Acquisition department.
  • Contribute to a range of recruitment projects, from employer branding and candidate experience to data-driven recruiting and tool implementation.
  • Work with a flexible schedule to balance your studies and work, with approximately 20 hours per week.

What We're Looking For:

  • You're an enrolled student in Human Resources, Marketing, Commerce, Business Analytics, or a similar field.
  • You're highly motivated and enthusiastic about recruitment and hiring.
  • You have strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data analysis being an advantage.
  • You enjoy developing new ideas, have a hands-on mentality, and are comfortable working in a team.
  • Previous internship experience in a related field is an advantage, but not required.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
