Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Recruiter, der sich auf Active Sourcing spezialisiert hat und bereit ist, sich in unser Talent Acquisition Team zu integrieren. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Gewinnung von Top-Talenten spielen und unsere strategische Erweiterung unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von passgenauen Sourcing-Strategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Teamlead Talent Acquisition und den Hiring Manager:innen
  • Gewinnung von Kandidat:innen und Durchführung von ersten Telefon- oder Videointerviews
  • Überwachung moderner Active Sourcing-Tools und Trends sowie die Erschließung neuer Recruiting-Kanäle
  • Nachhaltiges Relationship-Management zur Aufbau eines Talent-Pools
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Stellenanzeigen aus SEO-Perspektive
  • Arbeit mit unserem Bewerbermanagementsystem zur operativen Betreuung der von dir verantworteten Suchen sowie zur Erstellung von Reports
Was du bringst
  • Brennst für das Thema Active Sourcing und hast einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Kandidat:innenansprache
  • Freude an der Interaktion mit neuen Kontakten und die Fähigkeit, interessante Persönlichkeiten für einen Einstieg bei Simon-Kucher zu begeistern
  • Überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in PowerPoint, Excel und Word
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Flexibilität und Organisationstalent
  • Freude daran, im Team zu arbeiten
