Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our facilities team, you will provide support to various facilities functions, ensuring the effective running of FM delivery on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to multiple FM functions, including F&B, snacking, and cleaning services.
  • Assist with event set-ups, furniture alterations, and provide support to FOH and cleaning teams as needed.
  • Support the Facilities Coordinator in raising tasks, closing tasks, and chasing up contractors when required.
  • Manage amenities on site, including setting up, managing bookings, and answering queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to solve problems and resolve spontaneous situations with professionalism and service orientation.
  • Ensure completion of daily office maintenance checks, including raising tasks and escalating issues as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in a hands-on role working within a dynamic facilities and events environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, use initiative, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent team player with a willingness to go above and beyond for colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility required within working hours and days to accommodate customer requirements.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role within a customer-facing facilities environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in relation to type of works carried out and availability.
  • Demonstrate customer service skills experience.
  • H&S or Facilities qualification desirable.
  • Experience in partnering with contractors.
