About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Assistant to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective running of FM delivery on site.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support across multiple FM functions, including F&B, snacking, and cleaning.
  • Assist with site-based events, including event set-ups, furniture alterations, and support for FOH and cleaning teams.
  • Support the Facilities Coordinator in raising tasks, closing tasks, and chasing up contractors.
  • Manage amenities on site, including setting up, managing bookings, and answering queries.
  • Collaborate with the FC and RFM to resolve problems and provide customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure completion of daily office maintenance checks and raise tasks as required.

Your Profile

  • Experience in a hands-on role within a dynamic Facilities and Events environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, use initiative, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent team player with a willingness to go above and beyond for colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and days to meet customer requirements.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role within a customer-facing Facilities environment.
