Chief Data Protection Officer

This role offers a unique opportunity to support our team in developing processes and policies, leading engagements, and delivering client-facing consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Data Protection Impact Assessments and undertaking Vendor assessments
- Managing Data Subject Rights Requests
- Developing processes and policies
- Developing and supporting thought leadership through our Insights + Benchmark
- Working with the team to build up the joint-venture and get ready for go-live
- Leading engagements and delivery of client-facing consulting services
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience working in client-facing roles in data privacy and/or consulting
- 1-3 year of experience with OneTrust is ideal
- Excellent knowledge of data privacy regulations: theoretical understanding and practical application and delivery of data privacy projects
- Ability to work in a team: both to lead engagements and perform the required tasks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: an ability to articulate value propositions with clarity and enthusiasm
- Proven record of successfully selling new products and ideas
- Ability to assess regulatory/policy landscapes of various geographies or an active interest to build this expertise
- Fluency in English
