Unser Klient gehört zu den Marktführern und Innovationstreibern auf dem Gebiet der intelligenten Systemkomponenten für die Fabrikautomation und ist technologischer Partner für verschiedene Segmente des Maschinen- und Anlagenbaus und der Intralogistik. Das stark wachsende Unternehmen verfügt über zahlreiche Niederlassungen weltweit und erwirtschaftet einen globalen Umsatz im dreistelligen Millionen-Euro-Bereich. Für unseren Klienten suchen wir Sie am Stammsitz im östlichen Großraum Stuttgart als Chief Operating Officer (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
  • Globale Verantwortung der Bereiche Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf, Planung/Disposition Supply Chain Management an 5 Produktions-/Logistikstandorten mit ca. 700 Mitarbeitern
  • Strategische und operative Führung der Unternehmensgruppe als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung und Geschäftsführung der Technologiefabrik für Leiterplattenbestückung
  • Vernetzung von Menschen und Prozessen in internationalen Strukturen
  • Steigerung der Effizienz und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Operationsbereich mittels Kennzahlenanalysen sowie der Umsetzung abgeleiteter Maßnahmen und Projekte
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der weltweiten Einkaufsstrategie und der dazugehörigen Prozesse
Profil
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Management-Funktion im internationalen Umfeld eines produzierenden Unternehmens mit technisch erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten
  • Nachweisbare Kenntnisse und Erfolge im Bereich Einkauf sowie methodischen Effizienzsteigerungen (z.B. Six Sigma, KVP, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Umsetzungsstärke und ausgewogene Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit strategischen Kompetenzen
  • Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Unternehmen mit hoher Wachstumsdynamik von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und Verständnis für betriebs-wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Souveränes Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld sowie im Umgang mit den Mitbestimmungsgremien
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
