Our Team

We are looking for a Product Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry to join our team at our location in Schwäbisch Hall. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the market and competition, identifying trends, and sharing this information with the company. You will create portfolio analyses to include economic considerations with the sales team and develop product strategies based on these analyses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the market and competition to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create portfolio analyses to include economic considerations with the sales team
  • Develop product strategies based on market analysis and portfolio analyses
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Initiate and develop partnerships with external companies, such as those in the packaging industry

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong technical understanding of machines and systems, as well as knowledge of innovative trends
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong understanding of data analysis and presentation tools
